Sam's Astronomy Pictures
Notes:
- "Mxx" denotes a "Messier" object catalogued by Charles Messier in his famous 18th century survey of the sky's strangest objects. Later, most of these were determined to be either galaxies or gas nebula. It remains as the most famous survey in astronomy.
- NGC denotes "New General Catalogue", similar to the Messier catalogue.
- These are all very short exposures and, therefore, not very detailed. Some of them are just plain poor as a result of my inexperience.
